A Park Admission Fee will be charged Per Person/NOT Per Rider/Per Day Regardless if Customers are Members, Guests, or Visitors. Children Under 10 Are Free.
Member Admission Fees:
$10.00 per Member/per day (includes camping if applicable)

Guest Admission Fees:
$15.00 per Guest/per day (includes camping if applicable)
Visitor Admission Fees:

$5.00 camping fee per Visitor/per night
* Visitors are required to prepay for their entire visit upon park arrival.
A fee will be charged for all returned checks. Checks will not be redeposited.
When camping, members & their guests as well as visitors must come to the park office each day prior to riding and/or before 10 A.M. and sign-in again, pay (unless already pre-paid) for that day, & obtain that day’s park sticker. Those individuals caught violating this rule and riding prior to signing in and/or paying for the next day of riding will be subject to RRMT, Inc. sanctions & punishments. Those individuals not staying at the park another day MUST EXIT PROPERTY by 10 A.M. If not paid and signed in at park office each day--YOU ARE TRESPASSING!

RRMT, Inc. has no obligation to tow or pull out customers who are stuck on the property. If towing is required, an upfront fee will be charged. The total amount charged varies on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and the type of equipment that must be used.

Electrical Sites
RRMT, Inc. offers RV electricity hookups in its main gate area to all of its customers (members, guests, & visitors). The charge for primitive electricity for members, guests, & visitors is $10.00 per day/per plug. RRMT, Inc. has 8 outlets that are 110-30 amp. Furthermore, RRMT, Inc. offers Member RV Sites (30 & 50 amp) in its second gate area. 30 amp Member RV sites rent for $20.00 per site/per day, and 50 amp Member RV sites rent for $25.00 per site/per day. These RV Sites are for members only, & RRMT, Inc. welcomes advance reservations for these particular sites. Please note RRMT, Inc.’s Member RV Site cancellation policy.
Pavilions
RRMT, Inc. offers small covered pavilions to all of its customers (members, guests, & visitors) on a first-come, first serve basis. RRMT, Inc. has one large pavilion which it rents for $25.00 per day to all of its customers (members, guests, & visitors). (However, please note that while visitors will be allowed to rent the large pavilion, they will not be able to rent it on weekdays per visitors’ benefits.) The large pavilion can be reserved in advance in order to assure availability. You are allowed to cancel your reservation for our large pavilion up to 24 hours in advance of your reservation date. If this occurs, no rental fees will be assessed. However, if you cancel your large pavilion reservation within less than 24 hours of your reservation date, RRMT, Inc. reserves the right to charge you for the rental unless there are special circumstances surrounding your cancellation. If your cancellation has to do with weather conditions, special considerations will be made.

Closed Christmas & Thanksgiving Day –Rriding By Member Appointment Only.
Members are welcome to the RRMT, Inc. facility on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as well as holidays and weekdays (Monday-Friday). Weekday Riding/Camping for Members & their Guests by Appointment Only - 24 Hour Verified Notice Required. Access to the park before or after park closing hours also requires a member appointment.
Visitors are welcome to RRMT, Inc. on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as well as specific holidays denoted on RRMT, Inc’s events calendar. Visitors may only access the facility during park hours on these days. Visitors are not allowed to arrive before or after park hours. If visitors wish to access the facility on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and/or before or after park hours, a visitor exception must be obtained thru the park office.
Emergency Information
In the case that an emergency did arise during one’s visit to RRMT, Inc., you may always call 911 for help. Furthermore, a direct line to local emergency personnel is (940) 841-2871. This number is extremely helpful because at times, it can be much faster to call this number since it links directly to local emergency authorities and you do not have to spend time being re-routed thru 911.
