What’s RRMT, Inc.?

We are a 2,700 acre family recreational park with rules and regulations we expect our customers to follow. A waiver of liability and helmet waiver must be signed every day by each individual on the property. Bring your own water, food, gas, etc. as you are 10-15 miles from the nearest town. The park is located at 15393 North FM 373 ~ Bulcher, Texas.

While we advise all our customers to bring any necessary items with them to the park, as a convenience, our park office does carry a stock of high demand items such as drinks, limited food items, ice, charcoal, sun block, bug spray, spark plugs, oil, tire sealer, tire plugs, tire tubes, napkins, paper towels, etc. This is a sampling of the items we carry. If you are curious if we stock something in particular, just ask. Please note that we do not have a concession stand on the RRMT, Inc. property.

Is this place known as Muenster or is this a different place?

We are located approximately 15 miles north of Muenster and are commonly referred to as Muenster, but the park is physically located in Bulcher, Texas. RRMT, Inc. is proud to claim Bulcher, Texas as its HOME. We are one of the few original motorcycle/ATV parks in Texas. The park has been in operation since 1972.

Another misconception that we commonly get is are you "Red River ATV Park?" No, Red River ATV Park is located in Bonham, Texas. We are Red River Motorcycle Trails, Inc. in Bulcher, Texas.

Does RRMT, Inc. Offer Dirtbike/ATV/Recreational Vehicle Rentals?

RRMT, Inc. does NOT provide any recreational vehicle rentals, guided tours, or conduct any recreational classes. RRMT, Inc. only provides the property where those with recreational vehicles may ride, camp, and enjoy its facility. However, we know of various companies that do provide rentals. Please refer to the vacation rentals page on our website for more information.

Do you allow camping and if so, how does it work? Can we make a reservation for a campsite? Can we reserve a pavilion? Are campfires allowed?

CAMPING - is allowed. However, no reservations for campsites are accepted. We have two main camp areas where you must stay and camp. There is camping along the creek area, but not along the Red River. How camping works is as follows: If you come in on a Saturday and want to camp, make sure to tell the staff at the park office that you are camping & they will give you all the necessary instructions. If you are a member and would like to come in on a Friday night and camp so you can ride Saturday, you will need to call or email the park office and make an appointment. Any weeknight camping/riding requires a member appointment. For members, if you are camping on a weekend and/or during a major holiday in which the park is open, the requirements for camping are that by 10 A.M. the next day, you are either at the park office and have signed in and paid again for another day of riding/camping or have exited the park. For visitors that are camping overnight, you will need to tell the park staff upon arrival that you are camping. We will give you all the necessary instructions for camping overnight. Furthermore, as visitors, you will be required to prepay for your entire visit upon park arrival. While prepaid in advance, visitors will still have to come to the park office and sign in again each day to obtain that day’s park sticker.

PAVILIONS - are available. However, all pavilions are on a first come, first serve basis. Small pavilions are available free of charge. Also, we have a big pavilion available for rent. The big pavilion can be rented thru the park office for $25 (per day), $50 (for a normal weekend), or $75 (for a three day holiday weekend). Various other information regarding our facilities can be viewed on the facilities page of our website. We do have several requests for our big pavilion, so if you are interested in renting it, we highly recommend that you reserve it in advance.

CAMPFIRES - are permitted. However, we ask that you extinguish all campfires after use. Furthermore, all trash should be placed in trash bags and put in the dumpster at the main park entrance. Trash, cans, and bottles are not to be thrown in campfires or fire rings. Please note campfires are ONLY permitted when there is no burn ban in effect in the county.

What is the availability of water and electrical hookups? Do you take reservations for electricity? Will I need an adapter for my RV to plug into electricity?

WATER - Currently there are no RV water hookups available at this time. While members & their guests may use the member restroom/shower complex, there are no shower facilities for visitors. Members, guests, as well as visitors are welcome to use the port-a-potties located throughout the park campgrounds.

ELECTRICITY - In our main camp area, we have one electrical pole with 6 outlets & another pole with 2 outlets available for members, guests, as well as visitors. All 8 outlets are 110-30 amp. The majority of the time most RVs do not need an adapter to connect, but it never hurts to bring one if you have it. We also suggest you bring an outdoor extension cord. Electricity is on a first come, first serve basis. Under no circumstances are reservations accepted for these electrical sites. We charge $10.00 per day to plug into these primitive RV electric outlets.

In addition to the primitive electrical sites, RRMT, Inc. now offers members the option to rent new “member only RV sites.” All RV sites are located in a reserved “member only area” within RRMT, Inc.’s second gate area. RRMT, Inc. currently offers various 30 ($20.00 per RV site/per day) & 50 ($25.00 per RV site/per day) amp sites. All sites include 1 RV electrical hookup (30 or 50 amp) & a shared pavilion & picnic table with BBQ grill, lights, and additional electrical plugs for small appliances/equipment. These are electricity hookups only…no water or sewer. Members are able to make reservations for these RV sites in advance. Furthermore, advance reservation is encouraged due to the overwhelming popularity of this new amenity at RRMT, Inc. Various information regarding member RV site rentals can be viewed on the facilities page of our website.

I want to stay the weekend at the park, but do not want to camp. What types of other accommodations are in the area?

How are weeknight camping &/or riding appointments made?

Weekday riding and/or camping is available to members & their guests only. We only allow weekday riding for non-members if they qualify for a visitor weekday riding/camping exception. Please call the RRMT, Inc. park office or submit the online request form on our contact us page if you are interested in applying for an exception. All appointments for weekday riding & camping for Monday-Friday are made by calling the park office at (940) 995-2903 or by submitting an appointment request online thru our member portal.

Do you always have to make a reservation to come to the park?

It depends. As long as the park is open on Saturdays and/or Sundays, no reservation is ever required for weekend park visits. If the park is open to the general public in observation of a holiday, then no reservation is required for holiday park visits. If it is a day that the park is closed such as weekdays (Monday-Friday) or a holiday that RRMT, Inc. does not recognize, then a member appointment is required. Furthermore, any time members wish to arrive after park hours on a day that we are open, an appointment is required for park access.  Please note that visitors are not permitted to ever arrive before or after park closing hours unless a visitor exception has been granted allowing them to do so.

I have either called &/or emailed on a Saturday or Sunday...and it is already Sunday night and I still haven’t heard from anyone yet? When is the best time to contact the park office?

Because we are a recreational facility, our workday is the weekend when the general public is off work. If you have questions, the best time to call are on the weekdays, generally with the evening being the best time to call from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. However, calls will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Any calls BEFORE 8 a.m. or AFTER 10 p.m. will not be answered. Usually no return phone calls are made on Saturdays or Sundays as we are at the park. The best time to email our park office is early in the week, such as Monday – Wednesday, which provides more time for our park office to respond to your inquiry prior to the weekend.

I need to mail the park something…which address should I send my stuff to?

Bulcher, Texas is a very rural location, thus there is no mail receptacle at the park’s physical park location address, which is 15393 North FM 373 ~ Bulcher, Texas. Any mail sent to this address will be returned to sender & marked as undeliverable, unable to forward. Instead, it is important for individuals to mail all correspondence to our park mailing address which is P.O. Box 249 ~ Lindsay, Texas 76250.

Can we prepay for the entire weekend?

YES. Visitors camping overnight at our facility will be required to prepay for their entire visit. Members may also prepay for their entire visit as well; however, it is not a requirement for members. Regardless if members, their guests, as well as visitors prepay for their entire visit upon the first day of arrival, they are required to come up to the park each day they are there (1) before they ride and/or (2) before 10 a.m., whichever occurs first to sign-in again for that particular day and receive that day’s park sticker. A helmet & release/waiver of liability form must be signed EACH DAY BEFORE riding on the property. Those individuals failing to sign these documents every day prior to riding are considered to be TRESPASSING.

Is night riding permitted?

Under NO circumstances is night riding allowed or tolerated. Riding on the property is permitted during the fall/winter season from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the months of October-March. Riding in the spring/summer season is permitted 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the months of April-September.
