2010 Membership Year
- November 9, 2009 --- 2009 RRMT, Inc. Members May Start Renewing For 2010
- November 9 -- December 27, 2009 --- Those 2009 RRMT, Inc. Members that * renew during this time period receive a free ride coupon for renewing early. See details below for information regarding special promotion.
* RENEW EARLY SPECIAL PROMOTION
Please note that RRMT, Inc. has a special renewal promotion going for existing RRMT, Inc. 2009 members who renew early…Valid November 9-December 27, 2009 only—Receive a pass for a free ride at RRMT, Inc. This offer is only applicable to existing 2009 members who renew an Adventurer or Lone Star Excursion Membership. (FYI…Those individuals renewing an Adventurer Membership will receive 1 free riding pass; whereas, those individuals renewing a Lone Star Excursion Membership will receive 2 free riding passes.) Free riding passes will be distributed with your membership package for the 2010 year upon receipt of your complete paperwork and membership dues. Please note that this offer is NOT VALID for any renewals received AFTER December 27, 2009—NO EXCEPTIONS! While you may always renew at anytime, this is just an extra incentive for our loyal customers that wish to renew early to beat the rush & benefit at the same time! Furthermore, this “free pass” giveaway offer is only valid for current 2009 members wishing to renew early and not valid for current non-member individuals joining to become new RRMT, Inc. Members.
* Reminder...if you are a 2009 member that chooses not to renew for 2010 prior to January 1, 2010, you will be required to renew on your next visit if you want to still be in the member program and take advantage of member prices and benefits. Otherwise, if you are a 2009 member and choose not to renew, you will be required to pay visitor prices on each of your visits to RRMT, Inc. until you renew again.
Were you a RRMT, Inc. Member last year & ready to renew for the coming year?
RRMT, Inc. mailed out renewal notices to all its 2009 members the week of November 9, 2009. Membership renewal notices were mailed according to join date. Members will only receive a postcard reminder that their membership is up for renewal at the end of the year. For members wanting to renew their memberships, they will be asked to go online to our website & download the necessary forms in order to complete the renewal process. This segment of information is aimed at guiding members thru the renewal process.
Effective January 1, 2010 - Every member must have an emergency contact form on file with the RRMT, Inc. Park Office.
If you need information regarding your account (to help you complete the renewal application), you may login to the RRMT, Inc. Member Portal to obtain information regarding your membership. Once you have downloaded & completed the park membership renewal application as well as the member emergency contact form, you can choose to either (1) bring the two completed forms & money to our park office on your next visit or (2) mail the two forms & money to our park’s mailing address below:

Tips For Current 2009 Members Renewing For 2010
- Please note that those members with current outstanding RRMT, Inc. account balances will not be able to renew their memberships until their accounts are settled with the park office. You will be notified with your membership renewal if you are one of these individuals. If you do have an outstanding balance and have any questions, please feel free to call or email us. We are happy to explain your account to you.
- Members' Membership Renewal Notices will be mailed to the address that RRMT, Inc. has on file for that member. If you have recently moved and not notified RRMT, Inc. of your new address, you may not receive your renewal reminder postcard. It is your responsibility to notify RRMT, Inc. of any changes with your account. Please note that you can view the current member information RRMT, Inc. has on file for you online via RRMT, Inc.’s Member Portal.
- If you are a current 2009 member and want to renew your membership as well as add another family member...please do so on your renewal application. You may go ahead and join your new family member with your renewal. As a convenience to members, we are accepting any new members that you want to add to your account and will go ahead and process those new individuals with your account.
- Have questions about joining/renewing your children (age 10-17) as Rangers or Adventurers (age 18 and over) for the 2010 Membership Year? Let us help clarify your questions. Even though current members may renew early for the 2010 year, the age of your children for membership purposes will be the age that they will be as of January 1, 2010 if you renew early. If you don't renew early (and thus renew January 2nd or thereafter), the age that you will need to go by for your children will be the age they are ON THE DAY YOU RENEW/JOIN.
- Effective January 1, 2010, all membership packets will NOT be mailed out to renewing members. Due to complaints about members’ membership packets getting lost in the mail coupled with upward rising postage costs, we kindly request that all renewing members pick up their membership packets at the RRMT, Inc. park office. This new process will ensure everyone receives their membership packets & also allows RRMT, Inc. to make better use of membership dues (rather than spending it on postage). The only membership related items that will be mailed to members is birthday cards & membership renewal reminders.
2011 Membership Year
- Information concerning 2011 Memberships will not be announced until Fall 2010.
